Happy to report the weather around most of the country says we're almost out of the woods, tundra or what ever has been challenging your commute!  I've been creating away in the BluMoon Studio and having quite a bit of fun designing new dolls and other one of a kind treasures with a flair.

Please let me introduce my Rose, the lady in waiting, to you:

Beautiful in her vintage cotton and lace night gown

This Mother to be can't wait for Spring

Rose rests in her shabby chic rocker with her feet up

New Year.........Even More Magic and Fun!

So how much time do you enjoy the things that give you PLEASURE? If you're like most you've done plenty for others over the years and didn't carve out much fun just for you!

Here's a new way to look at 2018, "in order to change the output I must change the input". Making the time for YOU and investing more of it with your miniature world is healthy....look at it as your own personal therapist and the big difference is you're in control and can visit any time you allow yourself to not sweat the small stuff in your life.

I'm living proof of it, I decided to fully remodel one of my larger doll houses and I'm having a ball creating a new environment for my miniature friends. In fact we had a party not long ago to celebrate Burns night in my remodel....check it out:

It’s Burns night in the doll house. The miniature beings who live there love any reason to celebrate and Burns night is one of their favorites.

They toast The Bard with a wee dram of whiskey and partake of a lovely haggis!

It is a wonderful way to keep out the cold of a winters evening and enjoy the beautiful words of himself Robert Burns. As they gather together you can hear them say, “Sla’inte mhath!

Therapy.....yes sir, it's a grand way to escape from the day to day stuff we all get stuck in at times and to let the fantasy come back into our life, even if only for short bursts of time. My doll houses are one of the things that keep me grounded so I still see my craft as a labor of love, something I look forward to doing and sharing with other artists and collectors the world over.

So take a break to explore what makes you feel like a kid again...could be that dropping in on my Etsy Shop  will give  you that feeling of fantasy. I always have the kettle on and would be delighted to share a proper cup a tea with you!

Wanted to share this thought with you: "The price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it", Henry David Thoreau.

Collectors the world over for many years now have said that with my creations, the amount of life they've enjoyed by having my poseable One Of A Kind miniature dolls as part of their doll houses, room boxes, cottages and castles, has been well worth the price paid. What an ultimate compliment that is and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Enter my fairy tale land and put the magic back in your world. Many have said the fun is there ever time they steal away with their special miniatures. Please stop in and share a proper cup of tea with me. I hope I get to enhance your miniature world this holiday!

Food - Friends - Furniture and Fun for the Holidays!

It's beginning to look a lot like filling collector's holiday purchases is the task at hand and my elves are working overtime to wrap and ship your treasurers out. We want  you to receive them so that you have them to place strategically under the tree or in your miniature world!

Tis' the season to remember all the grand times shared building your doll house or room box to thrill and amaze family and friends, or maybe just to please yourself...you've been good and deserve it!

I am pleased to introduce my latest creation, meet La Befana the Italian Christmas Witch:

La Befana is fully poseable

Dressed in beautiful fine cottons

With her basket of gifts

Broom - Red Stocking and treats for the children

La Befana will brighten you holidays

As the story goes, the three wise guys were following the star and searching for the Christ child. They roamed from village to village to no avail so they stopped at La Befana's house and asked her to help in their search but she was too busy sweeping her floor.

After they left she had a change of heart. La Befana bundled up gifts and flew off on her broom trying to find the Christ child as well. As she flew from village to village she gave her gifts to the children. Good children got sweets or fruit. The bad children got coal or onions.

La Befana, broom, gifts and all, is ready to fly into your miniature world and if you act now through December 20th. her flight to your world is FREE..

See detailed pictures of La Befana and take a break from the holiday hecticness, pour yourself a nice cup of tea (or something stronger) and relax as you enjoy a visit to my Holiday Wonderland .
