A new year and another EPIC one to create and enjoy!

Ho-Ho-Hold the ordinary and collect an original creation that will provide you with a lifetime of pleasure! 

Much needed time away from my studio over the holidays gave me the opportunity to reflect on my craft, the treasures I've created in years past and my future goals. My decision is to expand LoreleiBlu Miniatures offerings with more, and uniquely different, one of a kind miniatures from character dolls, exciting and whimsical doll house furniture, beautiful hand painted portraits and even unique musical instruments.

In the past few weeks here are just a few of my new creations -

A Haunting We Will Go - part 2

Just a few more days and the Witching Month is upon us. 7 Days into Summer and Look............

For many of you, the kids are out of school and finding fun stuff to do. For me, it's back to my Blu Moon studio bench and I sure am having fun too! 

I've been creating new OOAK dolls and accessories like this delicate and precious carriage:

Royal Baby Pram

It's a 1/12 scale baby carriage that is perfect for that special baby in your doll house. Fashionable with a total touch of royal class in colors of red, purple and black with gold embellishments. Hand selected silk is used for all the bedding and I've garnished it with tiny silk bows and lace.

Then there is my latest doll Queen Mim The Summer Fairy...........feast  your eyes:

Queen Mim is dressed in mauve silk and lace with silk (my favorite) ribbon accents. I've sculpted roses on her bodice and applied them during the sculpting process for my total OOAK stylish look. Even her shoes ( I love shoes) have tiny roses sculpted on them. Of course, like all of my one of a kind original custom dolls she is fully poseable. Queen Mim has wings with 3D details, Swarovski crystals and AB glitter to enhance her magical look.

A Memorable Memorial Day to All!

More Poseable OOAK Miniature Dolls Please!

Our world is off to a running start this year and I've been busy working on putting the finishing touches on my re-designed studio and my creative plan for all the new dolls and accessories I'll be creating in the weeks and months ahead.

Also during my brief hiatus we attended the CIMTA Annual Retail Dollhouse Miniature Show in Vegas and had a truly lovely time. Jeremy Gonzales and his team put on a grand show. One that allowed me to meet a number of fellow well-known and respected miniature dolls and accessories artists from as far away as Italy. This year's show added  the retail element to their already successful wholesale offerings. Combination of the two made for some very exciting presentations...well done CIMTA!

Taking this time to charge up my batteries and get back to basics designing more OOAK miniature creations, which are scheduled for completion shortly, has been heartwarming. To my many valued collectors all around the world I say thank you for your positive comments on my creations and for your valuable feedback on what miniature dolls and accessories you'd like to see added to my Etsy shop.

What are YOU Thankful for?

I'm thankful for collectors that receive and enjoy great pleasure from owning my creations! That inspires me and gives me so many wonderful opportunities to exercise my passion for inventing many new characters.

When I was a little girl I enjoyed coloring and drawing, then painting followed by years of creating photo-realistic drawings. Some years later I started my doll making, first with larger 14 inch poseable dolls of all types from fairies to other whimsical creations. I discovered that it gave me great pleasure as a professional artist and also delivered the same to like-minded collectors. All of those experiences led me to finally uncover my true passion.........creating 1:12 scale miniature dolls (5.5 inches), furniture and other accessories for miniature dolls houses that are as different as their owners are.
