Why not....miniature collectors know the answer

Ever wonder what a miniature artist does for FUN? They let their mind share their vision and tell the hands how to bring the creations to life. That's how I'm spending more of my studio time in this new year. I'm designing and creating fabulous one of a kind miniature furniture for my collectors to select from so they can complete their miniature world vision of fantasy and FUN!

Here are a few more examples of  my latest creations:

Feast your eyes on  The Marie Ladies Desk and Chair

The Marie desk comes with all the bits & bobs seen here

The Marie chair is adorned in rich blue and gold silk, antique lace & silk ribbons

What proper lady of the period wouldn't want treasures like this

This breath taking combination desk and chair are two of many unique miniature furniture creations currently available in my Etsy shop . They're ready to add that unique twist my collectors the world over search for and so enjoy. These art treasures answer the question "why not"....you deserve to own what you like to customize and complete your miniature world!

Spooky Town6

It's more than the season of the Witch...........so I have created the Vampire Count and I had the time of my life doing it. It's kind of like writing a romance novel. Creating my characters the way I want them to look.....to present the feeling and flavor of what I choose at the moment.

At that moment when I created Count Morpheus Rex I had the vision of a Vampire that you'd feel good about when you sat and shared a nice glass of RED wine...of course! And then when the chat went to "what blood type are you my dear" you'd excuse yourself from the table and bolt out the door! OK, you get the point....now meet the Count:

Count Morpheus Rex relaxes with the skull of his love

Wickedly Elegant Vampire Count prefers fine silk

Notice his silken silver hair with the purple streak...perfect for the time

If you enjoy Vampires, Witches, Ghosts and other classic characters that will bring new life to your world of mystery....it's more than time to visit LoreleiBlu's Etsy shop and be delighted once more!

With Halloween less than 48 hours away why not drop in for a cup of blood....I mean tea, a cup of tea with me. See what collectors the world over have discovered...it's a world apart from most miniature doll artists. It's fantasy - fun and a grand place to uncover your next treasure to adorn your doll house, room box, cottage or castle.

Hey....who's more deserving than you to have what makes you feel good about your life!

Do you know where the expression "ride like the wind" comes from? Well I'll let you in on a little secret, the broom has been around for centuries and after all those many years I'm still making them the same way as back then.....by hand, of fine natural wood found in the forest, seasoned straw from the fields, and one at a time.

Think about it, no respectable Witch would be without one. And my latest new friend put her order in and tested it out just days ago, right outside the LoreleiBlu Miniature Studio in beautiful moonlit Las Vegas!

I'm please to introduce all to Goode Witch Grimhilda Twistedbelfry and her pet bat kitty, Alley:

She's hoping to visit you very soon

Grimhilda loves her Olde Wolrld Witchie style

She even has bat wings to turbo charge her broom rides

Like all of my dolls, she's poseable, enjoys sitting, standing or flying the haunting sky

Grimhilda Twistedbelfry is ready to explore the world and maybe it's time for her to land in your doll house, room box, castle or Witches cottage, broom - kitty and all, to spend Halloween with you! Take a little ride through my hauntingly delicious Etsy shop and feel free to bring your friends. This time of  year is a perfect time to enjoy another look around at the Witches, Vampires, Ghosts and excitingly different furniture and accessories that await you.

Living the Dream

I had one of those "pinch yourself" moments the other day. Owning my own miniature doll studio and creating what I like when I want to is a dream come true! Sure I work hard and long at times but hey, who's luckier than me to do what I love and mix it up as play time with a purpose!

How many lucky ones do you know like that....love what they do, have a passion for what they do and keep inventing miniature art creations that others enjoy and collect? It's a blessing, and I'm so very thankful for it.

Now I'm not sure how many other artists feel this way but I'll bet if we took a survey, the ones that do, look at their talent as it's meant to be used - to make others happy....even giddy at time!

Here's a sample of two of my latest creations:

My version of a Witches Spirit Table

Gather round and let's see what goes bump in the night

And every Proper Witch needs a special place to retire

The Witches Bed is made of fine gray tufted silk, lush cotton and vintage lace

Witches Chair and Spirit Table....another OOAK fun project

And The Witches Bed to lay your head

See what I mean...mystical one of a kind creations that make me, and discerning collectors the world over, smile and will cast a grand spell over any doll house, room box, castle or cottage. To see more of my fun treasures visit my Etsy Shop today and lay claim to what you fancy.
